Your data is stored in three different locations to ensure maximum security and availability. The primary copy resides on our main server farm for daily use, while a secondary copy serves as an immediate backup. Additionally, we perform daily backups to a different cloud provider located in Switzerland. This strategy safeguards your data against unforeseen ‘black swan’ events that could affect our main cloud provider.
We are contractually committed to keeping your data safe and secure, and we guarantee that it will not be shared with any third parties. Furthermore, we are insured against responsibility towards third parties for our actions and omissions, with coverage up to CHF 3’000’000 per event.
We recognize that user-friendliness is crucial for the adoption of any new system. Our designers are continuously working to enhance the user experience, making SeedSoft more intuitive every day. The mobile app for agronomists is already designed to be simple and includes an in-app tutorial for easy navigation.
