Introducing Digital Asset Management: One place for all your marketing and trial media!
As a response to clients’ request wer have developed a module that supports the management of all your images, videos, leaflets and other media files. These assets can originate from the system (trials) or from the outside (your supplier, marketing department).
With the DAM module, you can organize assets into categories, search them, control access, licesne and even perform simple editing. We’re looking forward to your feedback the new module!
Key Features of the DAM
You can create “tags” to categorize your assets. In the “All” section, you’ll find all assets added to the system and in “Inbox” all recently added ones.
Edit asset data by modifying tags, assigning it to the relevant section/module (relations), and updating the name and description.
Editing tools like crop and rotate are available for images.

Create Variety Replications in Trials!
If in your trial you’re planting the same variety more than once, now you can create these replications in SeedSoft.
Here is how you can create replications of a variety in a trial:
1
Find “Replication” action button for each variety in a trial details page
2
Specify the number of times you want the variety to be replicated
3
Finally, each replicated variety will be assigned a unique replication number, which will be displayed in the table. Of course you can still use the “alias” field to gice each variety and its replication a unique displayed name in the mobile app.
Dynamic charts in observations
The charts in the Observations module are designed to offer a clearer analysis of observation data. They are fully integrated with the observation table, providing real-time, interactive insights. So, any filters, groupings, or aggregations applied to the observation table are instantly reflected in the charts.
For a more focused and intuitive understanding of your observation data, you can now explore bar charts and scatter charts directly from the Observations table.
