Yes, SeedSoft is designed for multinational use, supporting multi-language catalogs and managing trials globally. Our interface is currently available in English and French only. However, when it comes to data input, the system fully supports different language characters, both on the web platform and the mobile application. This means users can enter and manage text in various languages, such as Japanese, without any issues, whether it’s for product names, descriptions, comments, or trial notes.

As management, you will have comprehensive visibility and control over your operations. SeedSoft provides real-time insights into trials, inventory, media, CRM activities, and key analytics, enabling informed cross-departmental decision-making.
Additionally, the client’s admin has the authority to manage who sees what and who has specific permissions, allowing for tailored access and control within the organization. This ensures that you can effectively oversee and manage your team’s access and interactions with the system.

SeedSoft operates on a user-based pricing model with monthly, quarterly or yearly recurring fees. This model includes several types of users:

  • Full Users: full access to the system, limited only by your decisions
  • Sales Users: read-only access to varietal information, but full access to CRM, trials, DAM etc.
  • Trialists/Read-Only Collaborators: trialist has only access to the mobile app – can add observations, assessments and photos/read-only collaborator – has read-only access (supplier that can see trial results, customer that can see price list, sales KAM with variety info access).

This pricing structure allows SeedSoft to cater to different user needs within an organization, providing flexibility and scalability based on the level of access required.

There are no hidden fees with SeedSoft. Costs for basic system installation, including data loads and setup, will be estimated before contract signature and included in the offer.
